Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.If an order is returned because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply before the order is reshipped.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order does not arrive within the expected delivery period, please contact us so that we can assist in determining the status of the shipment.Because delivery is handled by third-party carriers, we cannot guarantee delivery dates or be responsible for carrier delays outside our reasonable control.

 

Damaged Packages

If your book arrives damaged, please contact us within 14 days of delivery and provide your order information and photographs of the damage when requested.Damaged products will be addressed in accordance with our Book Sales, Returns & Refund Policy.

We are not responsible for shipping or delivery delays caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, natural disasters, carrier disruptions, governmental actions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
